3-bed riverside apartment in Greenwich, SE10

The owners of this riverside apartment had already moved to their new home and, after having rented it for a few months, decided to sell. At the time, there were ongoing cladding works on the outside elevation with a scaffold obstructing the river view.

The apartment therefore needed to be presented in the best possible light to stand out in the competitive Greenwich property market, among plenty of modern developments, despite cladding works.

We turned this modern apartment into a cosy space, using plenty of plants, neutral-coloured furniture and accessories such as cushions, frames and baskets. We highlighted its open space with plenty of daylight and irresistible living area with breath-taking river views.
