4. Once you have implemented our plan, we return for a final review and any necessary adjustments.
The advantage? You own everything. There are no rental fees, no deadlines, and often, buyers fall in love with the look and offer to purchase your furniture, potentially adding profit to your sale!
Pricing: Fees start at £600 for a 1-bedroom property and £800 for a 2-bedroom property. Expected furnishing costs are approximately £1,500 for a 1-bedroom property (which is yours to keep or sell).
